The water slides were amazing, from the ones for kids to the extreme ones. the animation team performed well, with activities like morning stretch and water polo. hosam, the room cleaner, was very good and he left a towel sculpture for us most days. This was a nice touch.
upon check in, i was put in the wrong room type, i booked a bungalow and was put in a block of rooms. i was told that they did not have the room type that i booked.

The staff were professional and helpful, especially Mr Mohamed Nabil at reception, who made my vacation enjoyable. I especially loved the upgraded rooms, they included four beds and were very close to the aqua park. The multiple restaurants offered cuisines from all over the world. I found something to suit my taste every time.
The minibar was not fully stocked. It only had water.

The reception team was incredibly supportive; they promptly addressed all my requests with a smile. Staff members like Mohamed Nabil went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. Their dedication truly made a difference.

the food in the restaurants seemed repetitive. most of the slides were closed during the days. the room was not properly cleaned (it was disappointing).

I came back expecting the same experience i had before, but it wasn't. finding safe food for my partner's nut allergy was a nightmare. Allergen information was completely missing, and staff couldn't help, a potentially unsafe situation.
