The water slides were amazing, from the ones for kids to the extreme ones. the animation team performed well, with activities like morning stretch and water polo. hosam, the room cleaner, was very good and he left a towel sculpture for us most days. This was a nice touch.
upon check in, i was put in the wrong room type, i booked a bungalow and was put in a block of rooms. i was told that they did not have the room type that i booked.

The staff were professional and helpful, especially Mr Mohamed Nabil at reception, who made my vacation enjoyable. I especially loved the upgraded rooms, they included four beds and were very close to the aqua park. The multiple restaurants offered cuisines from all over the world. I found something to suit my taste every time.
The minibar was not fully stocked. It only had water.

The reception team was supportive. They promptly addressed all my requests with a smile. Staff members like Mohamed Nabil were pretty good too ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. Their dedication made a difference.

The hotel is near multiple pools! This provides easy access for quick swims throughout the day. The proximity of the aqua park made it very convenient for daily visits. I loved that aspect.
